This remarkable hand made cluster of multi colored glass is made from all the different types of glass I have reclaimed. It contains ruby beer bottles, mason jars, antique soda bottles, Noxema bottles, depression glass and amber Clorox bottles. All from the late 1800's to World War II era.
In an effort to help the environment and protect the wildlife, the artist reclaimed the broken pieces from an old glass dump and created these earrings. Each piece comes with "The Story of the Glass" detailing what the glass was originally and the age of the piece! A truly unique way to own something historical and beautiful, AND help the environment!
The pretty clusters are wrapped in sterling and hang from sterling wires for a true quality piece of jewelry. The sparkle is simply amazing! A unique way to preserve the history of the glass and help the environment, each piece of Bottled Up Designs comes with "The Story of the Glass" detailing what the glass was originally and the age of the piece. All glass is carefully worked with to ensure no sharpness remains.
Due to the handmade nature, products will vary slightly, but each pair will be unique for you. Clusters measure 1/2" in width and 3/4" in length. Total hang length including the ear wire is slightly over 1". Comes with rubber grips to keep them securely in place.
